NFT Whitelist – Thank You

Thank you for registering for the Basement Sports World Cup NFT Whitelist.  Check your email for a reminder about the next steps which you need to take between now and World Cup Kick-off date (November 20th) to secure your NFTs.
  1. Download the Basement Sports App on IOS or Android and sign up as a Pro User (it’s free); if possible, use the same email address that you used for this NFT whitelisting.
  2. Download the Kidcoin App on IOS or Android and upgrade to a Kidcoin account; use the same email or phone # that you use here.
  3. When done, fill out a form (link will be in your reminder email) to verify, and secure your position in the queue for your desired World Cup NFTs
  4. We look forward to seeing you on the virtual field with your Soccer NFTs in action!

An NFT is a Non-Fungible Token that signifies ownership of a unique item – material or virtual.  In this case, the offering is to mint a gaming soccer player avatar that can be showcased in many ways but has deep utility within the Basement Sports app.  The unique-looking player can be from any of the 32 Men’s World Cup qualifying countries.  When you play soccer games or tournaments with this player and team in the Basement Sports app, the team will have that country’s specific chants and cheers, as well as ‘home crowd’ elements in the stadium.  You can choose your jersey number as well.

As a sports brand, Basement Sports has a line of sports equipment and toy products, for both indoor and outdoor play.  Apparel is coming in the near future, which will open up significant merchandise and memorabilia, such as hats, personalized jerseys and more.  NFT holders will have exclusive and first look access to all such items as well as experiences.

You can showcase your NFT on social media profiles, personal websites and other web forums, through copy & paste code snippets and files.

Yes, there will be several ways to sell your Basement Sports NFTs, including on Open Sea.

In a sense, it is.  It is a mixed reality fan club, whereby members of each team’s club via NFT ownership or membership will get exclusive access to content, experiences and functionality in-apps and offline.  That will include select, branded merchandise, game tickets and other types of VIP access to sporting events, trips and more.  The ability to connect with other members of the club is accessible via the Basement Sports app and social profiles on popular social networks.

Only if you are in the first 1,000 to successfully whitelist for the country NFT of your choice.  Successful whitelisting starts with filling out this form, but goes beyond that, into confirming your Pro Account user from the Basement Sports app and Premium Account user from the Kidcoin app (if you’re choosing to mint the NFT with Kidcoin).
