In the unlikely event that the item you received is damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Just send us the damaged item within 30 days after you receive it and we will send you a replacement item.
How to send a damaged item back to us?
Contact our team at [email protected] describing your problem, including a few pictures of the damaged or defective item. Someone from our team will get in touch with you and provide you with a return address.
All returned items must be in the original packaging. Please note that we don’t reimburse any shipping or return fees.
Once we receive your damaged item, we will send you a replacement.
Basement Sports doesn’t currently offer any returns.
