Returns must be requested within 30 days from the day of delivery and arrive at our office within 45 days from the day of delivery. Item(s) must be in their original retail packaging. We will not accept item(s) that are damaged or abused by customer, missing any parts, missing the UPC or are not in the original packaging.
- Products returned within time period are eligible for 100% refund
- Delayed returns arriving at our office after 45 days from the day of delivery may not be credited
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the return
- Delivery/Shipping charges are not refundable
How to send a damaged or wrong item back to us?
Contact our team at [email protected] describing your problem, including a few pictures of the damaged or defective or wrong item. Someone from our team will get in touch with you and initiates the return.
