After logging a rousing match in connection with the 2020 Basement Baseball World Series, players offered their thoughts on the Basement Sports starter kit, app, and rules of game play. “The ball, when it hits you, doesn’t hurt,” one player remarked approvingly. He also praised the field markings, tape, and other resources provided with the kit.

The game and setup proved appealing even to those who didn’t have prior experience with the American Pastime. “I don’t play baseball, but for my first time in a long time it was very fun,”a participant shared.
